I recently had an operation to remove a goitre, Dr. Jones was the anaesthetist. He took a lot of time and care to explain to me what he would be doing, performing his pre-operative and post-operative checks. He was extremely professional as well as caring and personable, and totally put me at ease.
I had no side effects after the operation, and was staggered to know that I had been unconscious and even that the operation had taken place, when I came 'round'.
He is a true professional and a real gentleman. Many, many thanks.
