I had been feeling very nervous all morning waiting for my operation, the minute Dr Jones walked in and started to talk to me, all the stress went. He was informative, kind, professional, a real gentleman.
He talked me through what was going to happen before and also after the operation, which really helped.
it was also lovely that he came to check up on me after the operation. We are lucky to have him in this profession
