I was very anxious about my surgery, a total knee replacement. The first phone meeting with Dr Jones really helped calm me. He absolutely understood what I was talking about and how I felt almost like talking to a old friend. I didn't feel silly explaining my feelings and worries, he totally explained what he was going to do and how it would plan out and what to expect.
On the day of the surgery he reiterated what was going to happen. He knew I was still anxious but he was there to help me through and he was completely right everything went how he said, I had no pain and no stress. I would like to take this opportunity to tell anyone who is about to have surgery if you are lucky enough to have Dr Jones dont worry he is right it will be ok.
