Hywel Jones, Contacted me the day before my knee operation and gave me details of the anaesthetics and the procedures of the operation.
I felt that he listened to me and answered all my question's. On the day of the operation he also took the time to visit and again explained what would happen. He came across as a very professional and personable doctor
