Dr Jones makes a careful and considered appraisal of any changes in my condition and adapts his recommendations accordingly.
Time is never a problem and I feel most welcome when I visit - something that I always look forward to.
I always leave Queen Mary's Hospital in a lighter and more positive mood which goes a long way when you are troubled by my particular ailment.
