I have been under the care of Hugh Jones for my RA for around 14 years and I have always completely trusted in both his ability and caring. I have followed his advice and the outcomes for me have been very good. I appreciate that he listens and explains matters well. I also appreciate his cheerful and friendly manner. I have the same trust in other members of his team.
