I have been a patient of Dr Jones for many years and have always found that he listens and gives practical advise tailored to the individual needs of the patient.
Many times I have been seen at short notice which when you have a long term chronic condition is very helpful.
It is refreshing to have a consultant that understands the conditions that he is treating and being able to build an open and honest relationship is very important to the self management of my condition.
