I am a fourth year medical student from St George's University. I sat in Dr Jones's rheumatology clinic and I left feeling very impressed by his manner towards his patients.
Dr Jones gave every one of his patients the time that they needed to address their queries and concerns. He also went above and beyond by also giving them time to listen to their stories and have a chat about their general day to day lives.
All his patients were clearly very fond of him and left his clinic in an lighter mood than perhaps they came in with. I also had more than one patient address me directly to say that he is a fantastic doctor and that they are very happy with him.
Overall, it was refreshing to see a clinic run in such a positive and upbeat manner.
