Dr Jones was the only medical professional at the end of a long line of consultations that said that he could do something about the incredible stiffness in my back and neck, rather than blaming it on old age and suggesting that I just put up with it.
He is incredibly positive and has optimised my treatment based on the long term outcomes and regular consultations.
On the housekeeping side - I'm rarely kept waiting - and the whole organisation around appointments has improved.
