Dr Jones was very approachable. He referred to my notes and gave a very thorough explanation of my condition and recommendations for managing it.
I could not fault him in any aspect either of his clinical expertise or of his personal manner.
I left my consultation with him feeling well informed and confident about how to cope with my problem.
