Dr Hugh Jones has a bright and breezy personality which makes you immediately feel comfortable . My mum is in a wheelchair but she still has all her faculties and Dr Jones spoke to her firest and asked her the questions directly ratheer than talking over her to me which happens in a lot of cases. We left him reassured that everything was going okay but if we were at all worried before mums next appoitment then we needed to get the appointment brought forward and to say that Dr Jones had requested this and that we were to see him and only him. This reassured mum as she has been gping through a bit of a rough patch. Dr jones was a ray of sunshine
