Doctor Jones was very friendly and explained all the way through what things meant and what the different variants could be and why - and spent time listening to the problems I had been experiencing due to my health condition.
Examined areas of problems and also gave some helpful advice about what I could do to help myself too - gave me a bit more confidence. Left feeling more reassured.
