Listens, cares and talks to you sensibly, and honestly. He is a nice, genuine guy, compassionate and patient. I have a long term condition and would not even think about going to a different doctor. Humour where appropriate and professional all the time. I would like to be able to email/facetime or have a way of contacting him when I would like to just ask a question and not take up appointment time.
