Dr Maksoud was very professional in his approach to my Thyroid issue taking myself through the process step by step making sure that I understood the implications of short term - and - longer term outcomes. Dr Maksoud was very reassuring as we worked through the Thyroid issue from day 1 until the treatment came to a natural conclusion, his ability to translate to a layman`s language via conversation and drawings was excellent. I always felt confident that whatever the next course of treatment to follow was backed up by factual information that Dr Maksoud presented to me via the written e - mails of the last examination and the next course qualifying this in depth in the e mail I always received shortly after the consultation.
