I consider myself very fortunate to have had Dr Hatcher as my Consultant over
several years. She is polite courteous calm and caring and always listens to any concerns I have had and most importantly always comes up with an explanation or a plan of action that needs to be taken to put something right. She is meticulous at putting plans and details of our meetings onto my chart and I know she is a phone call away if I need help which is very reassuring. I cannot praise her enough.
