I am fortunate to be a patient at Capelfield Surgery in Claygate which is a superb, efficiently run, practice. Dr Heather Patel is my preferred doctor and the only time I have not been able to see her personally was when she was on holiday. She is a very caring doctor in whom I have total confidence. When I am with her it is as if I am her only patient as nothing is too much trouble. The practice has, what I believe is, a very efficient system for making appointments and I have, almost without exception, seen Dr. Patel on the day on which I phoned for an appointment. I have always found the reception staff and nurses all very helpful and caring.
