Have known Heather Patel 30 years . She's the only doctor to date I have got any true help and understanding with. Obviously now she's off sick I wish her a speedy recovery as she is a genuine warm person.

Dr Patel is patient, kind and considerate. I have consulted her on numerous occasions for the people I have a caring responsibility for (elderly with disabilities). On each occasion, she has demonstrated utmost professionalism, with a very humane touch - something I find missing in some other local practices. The patients have expressed how she communicates well with them, never patronising them, treating them as people (not just a disability!). She takes time to explain things and is honest, which is very much appreciated. She is a real asset to the community!
