This lady saved my sanity. I was at a very low point with a sore, angry rash on my face. After two doctors had failed to diagnose it, she immediately told me what the problem was and what to do about it. She was brilliant and she was kind, she listened and she explained. She understood how I was feeling and when I left I no longer felt it was the end of the world! 3 days later and the prescription seems to be starting to work.
