My daughter and I first met Dr Heather via the NHS. She was so lovely to us that we asked to be rerefered to her, however she no longer worked for the NHS. Therefore with a bit of research we found her working privately and booked in with her. Today was our 3rd time meeting her. I cannot recommend Dr Heather highly enough. She is an amazing Dr. Moreover she is pleasant, kind, caring, considerate, professional and funny. My daughter has anxiety and Dr Heather was really wonderful with her.

I saw Dr Heather Lee-Robichaud at her skin clinic (Benign Intervention) at Forestside Medical Practice in Dibden Purlieu. She removed a small cyst from my nose which had been unsightly for many years. The procedure was virtually painless and the area took only two weeks to completely heal. I am delighted with the result. Dr Heather is simply brilliant - she has the excellent combination of great empathy with her patient plus a lovely sense of humour. She explained everything very clearly, step by step, and I completely trusted her. I would highly recommend her as a Dr and a person - I actually had great fun so a big thank you, Dr Heather.

Probably the most caring, understanding and fun doctor I have ever had the pleasure to consult with. Her genuine interest and empathy make her an absolutely rare breed and her team of lovely nurses are just as reassuring.

I had a Keloid Scar for many years that was slowly getting larger and catching on my clothes. My GP tried to refer me to the Spite with the initial consultation costi9ng £170 plus £400-£600 for treatment.  Having paid thousands of pounds in NI over my 40-year work-life I pestered my GP to refer me to an NHS service. Luckily I was referred to the amazing 'Dr Heather' who performed 5 steroid injections over 6 month periods and hey presto, it worked! The first two jabs were really painful (she's primed me bless) and hopefully I didn't swear, but it was plain sailing from there. Dr Heather and her assistant are an amazing team and made me feel very much at home,  true Healthcare professionals. highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of being cared for by "Dr Heather", as she announces herself, following a melanoma and in order to assess various other skin blemishes, and, I believe, because of her actions, as opposed to others, have now had successful surgery with confirmation of being clear of any cancer emanating from that. Dr H is a "can do" person who is very much on the ball. Regarding my other blemishes it seems, unfortunately, that I now have to be passed back into the care of a consultant to decide what further action is to be taken. Although I suppose this is normal procedure, if I had my way then it would be this lady who would oversee my treatment. It was she who spotted my main "spot" which needed treatment, and also took sensible and timely action regarding a less serious one which is now showing good signs of healing. Please note I was seen in Totton, not Lymington. Thank you Dr H! Alec Hayter

Profile

NHS Community Dermatology Doctor now working privately. Removes non-cancerous ‘lumps and bumps’, the ones which the NHS are no longer allowed to remove, but which cause embarrassment or low self-esteem. Patients have the reassurance that they are seeing not only a Doctor, but one trained in Dermatology and Surgery, based in a GP practice which borders the New Forest. A friendly and value for money service.
