I have received treatment from Dr Haroun Gajraj for over two years. The environment of the clinic is relaxing and always very clean. My most recent visit during COVID-19 saw clinic staff following strict hygiene procedures to ensure the consultation was safe for both myself and themselves. I have found all staff at the clinic to be helpful, kind, respectful and considerate. During my initial consultation, Dr Gajraj explained precisely and clearly the treatment options, risks and benefits, together with long term outcomes. Any questions I have are always answered in a clear and understandable manner. As a private patient I was impressed with the clear costing information and the all inclusive pricing model covering all costs involved with my treatment. During treatment all care was taken to respect my dignity and clear explanations were given during the procedures. I find Dr Gajraj to be very approachable, professional and would highly recommend him and the Clinic to anyone requiring vascular surgery.
