I had VNUS ClosureFast for reflux in my great saphenous vein and microphlbectomy to remove the large varicose veins that had cosmetically been troubling me for the last 5 years. The procedure was, for me, completely painless and I had a straight forward recovery time. 8 weeks on and I am extremely pleased with the cosmetic results, especially when I look at the ' before and after ' photographs! At my post treatment checkup last week, a small persistant vein over my knee was further injected with foam which will hopefully do the trick and it is reassuring to know that I will also have another assessment with full duplex scan in six months time. I cannot praise Mr Gajraj and the staff at the Melbury Clinic enough for their professionism and kindness in their care. Thank you - it was worth coming all that way! Carole Stoddard, Plymouth,Devon.
