Haroun Gajraj and the Melbury clinic deliver unparalleled professionalism. Haroun is totally approachable, easy to talk to, a great listener, and responds with advice that is expert but delivered in a totally 'human', kind, compassionate way. It's clear that he and his team maintain cutting edge knowledge and expertise in their area, so able to deliver optimum advice and treatment. Vitally, for a doctor, Haroun considers the risks and benefits of options extremely carefully, his focus not on the outcome of necessarily treating, but where appropriate not treating, or not at this point in time, if the overall benefits can't be justified. That is true patient centred care - advocating what is safe, not what is technically possible. I have no doubt that anyone who chooses to attend the Melbury clinic will be offered either the best and latest treatment or complete reassurance.
