Doctor Gajraj's friendly and relaxed demeanour made me feel comfortable and at ease. A very thorough and clear explanation of all stages of the process I needed was made - I was never talked down to, and all my questions were answered in such a way that I felt very confident in the doctor and the practice. The operation itself was carried out by Doctor Gajraj in such a way that I felt very happy throughout - the actual work was carried out with painstaking care and was entirely successful.
