As the carer of a patient of the Nightingale hospital I would say I would not recommend it as a place for anyone you care about to have treatment. I found the staff most unhelpful during the recovery and do not feel the patient is being treated effectively. I found Dr Fourie in particular to be unresponsive and unprofessional and after a year of treatment to have made little difference to the patient’s quality of life due to infrequent sessions and lack of understanding. They could improve their care by having regular sessions instead and ensuring they reach out to patients that are quite clearly struggling.
