I have seen Dr Hoff a few times now and she is friendly, listens carefully, puts you at ease and takes the time to explain things clearly. A little while ago my young daughter also went to see her and the following day Dr Hoff phoned, on a day she doesn't work, to see whether she was responding to the medicine as expected. I thought this was very thoughtful and caring.
