I can’t thank Dr Hannah Short enough - the kindness and compassion was shown as soon as you entered the door. I haven’t felt this listened to, in the years I have suffered with this horrible thing called PMDD. I was given insightful information, backed up by her own research and research papers. Tailoring a structured care plan to my own needs. This I’m sure is a start of a journey, but one I’m reassured by that there’s many more options for me to try. I’m ever thankful for the amazing care I received and would highly recommend a visit to any person suffering with PMDD or any PMS related problems.
