I have never dealt with a more caring GP than Dr Patel in my life ! I had a problem with my heart fixed some 12 years ago and since then I have received constant support in whatever form I have needed it. Requests for help in the form of Blood test requests, the constant need for repeat prescriptions which manage my situation have been forthcoming without any problems at all. It is a massive relief to know that you have someone like him behind you caring for your needs. He greets you personally with a constant smile on his face which makes you feel better before you even start moaning about what's wrong with you ! He listens to every word you say, and suggests a way to deal with the problem. Very reassuring ! I now hear he is leaving the practice to pursue other avenues and I am devastated. However, I wish him every success in his chosen new route and health and happiness in the future.
