Dr Patel has always listened to my concerns, however Ill founded they may have been, and has taken the time to explain in detail what,if any,action needs to be taken. He has been my hero since he drained a foul smelling sebaceous cyst on my back eight years ago,stopping every few seconds to ask if the pain was acceptable. I have never ended a consultation with him feeling belittled,rather informed,cared for and optimistic that my problem has an achievable solution.
