Dr Gandham seems to have the knack of being able to talk to a patient at their level rather than just a fixed patter. She seems interested in you and makes you feel like you're not "just" another patient coming in through the door.
Having nothing but her praises to sing.
(This isn't biased by the fact that she gave me (a 55 year old male) a gold star when I told her I had finally managed to give up smoking).
