I met Dr. Greg a few weeks ago. I have seen him a few times and highly rate his care. He is very respectfull and polite, very understanding and kind. I experience mental health problems (anxiety and depression) and he is very approachable and an excellent listener. A big issue with mental health is it's unpredictability and it is very individual to the person. I realise it can be challenging to any doctor who is new to me, getting to know me and building up trust is a big issue, however, I feel very comfortable with this doctor. It has not always been easy getting hold of me on my mobile phone, despite this, Dr. Greg has phoned me more than once, when I needed a review of my medications and despite the resources on the NHS being limited (i.e time constraints and large workloads) he is very committed to his role and very efficient. It can't be easy getting to know so many patients, many of which are new (like myself, I have only lived in the north of england for 12 mths). Thank you for your kindness, I hope things go well for you at this practice. I have also found it a very friendly practice to visit.
