I received truly exceptional and professional service today from Dr Edmondson, I was concerned about a facial mole and due to covid-19 had to have a telephone appointment with Dr Edmondson today, She asked me to supply photos of the affected area by email, which I did, I then had a telephone consultation where she requested closer photos, within 2 hours I had an appointment in the Surgery with Dr Edmondson who did a full and thorough examination of the area, Dr Edmondson stated that she has a interest in dermatology and was going to refer me to a specialist due to her concerns about the mole.
I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service and professional approach that I was shown today during the covid-19 pandemic where most doctors refuse to see you.
