Dr D'Souza at our first visit, listened to all, both Carers and my wife had to say.
She then made a diagnosis on what had been said. She then changed my wife's medication and we have seen a change in my wife's condition.
She has since made a house visit, and has put my wife at ease, and has made a further change to medication. She is very much appreciated and respected.
