As someone who never thought they would be able to talk to a stranger, let alone someone with a psychiatrists title, I have been overwhelmed by Dr. D'Souza's calm, professional and caring approach. I am sure she sees may different struggling individuals but her compassion and empathy have made the experience almost pleasurable.
I cannot think of any way in which her approach, care or professionalism can be improved and I am eternally grateful for her (and her team's) ongoing support...
