I have worked with him for more than a year & a half, he has always spared time to help juniors & IMGs to succeed in their carrier. He not only helps juniors with medical & ethical knowledge but also helps by giving interesting case & projects which later turn into abstracts, Audits, QIs, research papers and help juniors in their carrier & overall devlopment that too in a selfless manner. He always shares incidents from his vast experience of working in NHS & gives us very useful tips & advices which help reduce stress, settle in the system better & devlop as a good clinician. I strongly believe spending 1 min with him as a junior is equivalent to reading 10 pages of any good book.
