She is calm and caring and sensible.
She knows a lot about medication.
She never gives up on trying to make you feel better. You can tell her anything and she doesn’t make you feel weird!
She also thinks outside the box and is not afraid to try something different or new.
She always listens to me and my carer and takes our opinions on board.
