I have been a patient at Capelfield since the 1980's. Although not a frequent visitor, I have the hightest regard for the service the practice has provided. I was extremely impressed when I called on Friday 21/11/14 for an emergency appointment, to be told that a walk-in service was available, without an appointment, from 3.30-5.00pm on Fridays. Hallelujah! I arrived at 3.20pm and was seen within ten minutes. Dr McLoughlin, who I had never met before, was a delightful young man, approachable, listened, had empathy, discussed the best way forward for my medical condition, and even suggested we book my next appointment, at a time to accomodate my busy work schedule; as a busy practitioner myself, that is not only vital, but stress relieving and reassuring that I don't have to make a note to call the surgery again for another appointment to see him for a review. It's in the diary! What an amazing service! Alos the receptionists are great, the surgery is impecably clean and tidy and I can't even think of any constructive improvements1
