Dr McLoughlin performed a minor op for me recently at the surgery. He and his nurse, Gina, took great care to make sure I was comfortable whilst carrying out the process in a professional manner. He explained every part of the procedure and they both reassured me throughout. I was also impressed how quickly this op was done after my initial appointment. Many thanks to them both.
