Doctor Klemperer, consultant psychiatrist, seems to me to represent everything that is good about the NHS. Over the last few years she has helped me handle some personal difficulties on a number of occasions. I have always found her sympathetic and understanding. Additionally she has invariably found the time to fully understand the cause of the problem as well as providing constructive suggestions on how to deal with it. Despite the internal pressures within the NHS I have never felt that I received anything other than her full attention, as well as being impressed with her follow up communications.
I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs help.
