Dr Frances put herself out significantly to see us at very short notice and did so with genuine care and compassion. She achieved an excellent rapport very quickly and provided both medical advice, care and a pragmatic approach to managing the way forward. Thank you.
As an individual Frances listens, is caring and builds empathy quickly.
Her office support is also excellent.
