Overpromises and underdelivers. Took me off all medication on the promise of further tests ‘that could only be carried out with no medication’. Then failed to provide any follow up appointments or any form of support whatsoever. The worst ten months of my life. It is impossible to get a follow up appointment. I only got one after two other Consultants and my GP intervened.

Dr. Norwood is a angel. Exceptional doctor. Thorough care. Me and my dad had seen many neurologists privately and via NHS but none to match Dr. Norwood. Dr's approach, knowledge, thoroughness, patience, approach are outstanding. My dad had has been suffering from severe headaches and a ongoing neurological disorder which may or not maybe curable. We knew we were in the best hands of the medical field. She was very approachable with our questions, concerns and showed extreme empathy and patience inspite it being a complex case. Her secretary Yvonne is a great asset for Dr. Fiona and they are a great team, Yvonne helped with everything. Unsually, I have worked with many private secretaries and she was also the best secretary and very flexible to ensure we are addressed each time. I am very grateful and thankful to Dr. Fiona and Yvonne. We need more doctors of their kind and ethics in medical field.
