Fiona was clear, precise and thorough from our first meeting with her all the way through to our post operation appointment.
We found her to be extremely professional in all aspects of her work and was more than willing to listen to concerns and answer questions which greatly enhanced our understanding and calmed our nerves.
I would like to pass on my thanks and gratitude for all that she has done for my wife and I during what has been an extremely emotional and troubling time for us.
