Dr Brodie Fraser is kind, caring and such a lovely doctor. She always takes the time to listen and I trust her and thank her for helping me get through a long term medical condition. She is a credit to Prescott Surgery

We receive prompt appointments at the surgery. Sometimes the doctors run late, which we understand. Ten minutes is very often not adequate for a consultation, this is not the doctors' fault, it is the system. If the NHS was properly funded by the government it would make more resources available, i.e. more doctors, it would surely help the time constraits.

Very caring and understanding and generally wants to help. Listens carefully and takes time to go through everything. Never feels rushed. A credit to the practice!!!
