Dr Mustafa is very kind, supportive and compassionate about his patients, their carers and his colleagues. He is always willing to listen and accommodate your concerns, whilst encourage learning and development in others (without undermining you in anyway), no question is a "silly question"; he is open and friendly in his practice and manner. JHe is always approachable and enjoys good humour with the staff.
On observing Dr Mustafa with patients and carers, he is engaging, supportive, caring, conscientious and a good/active listener, and a great advocate for patients.
