A warm friendly greeting on arrival so first impression was excellent. An extremely professional manner and the procedure was explained fully, including complications that could occur as well.
My comfort during the excision was assured at frequent intervals. When finished and dressing in place the after care was thoroughly given as well as written instructions provided.
The only suggestion I have regarding anything extra is quite simply letting the patient know that Dr Ali is a Consultant, provides even more trust for the patient and the patient may be even more respectful (if that is possible ) and grateful for the wonderful service provided. Thank you
