We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care Dr Farooqi has provided in taking care of my mother. I am overwhelmed with his support, understanding and communication. It is the best care mum has ever received from a Consultant. Dr Farooqi's support has given me every strength I need to ensure my mum is in good hands and we can manage her to avoid attending A&E. Though my care responsibilities are high whilst being on a full time employment, I am able to liaise with Dr Farooqi as he never fails to get back. This is amazing and it really has made a big difference on my stress level. Dr Farooqi is extremely efficient and hard working. He is very proactive and able to spare time, communicate with all the doctors my mum is under and make all necessary arrangements even when he may be extremely busy. I really cannot compliment him enough as he is superb and extremely knowledgeable. If only every Consultant cared the same way, NHS would be top rated. I honestly feel it is an outstanding support any patient can receive. I never expected this from NHS Consultant. He is Simply The Best and I pray Dr Faooqi is recognised for all his genuine care, knowledge, patience, communication and effort. Thank you Dr Farooqi.
