Dr Esmat Abbas

Dr. Abbas is a huge asset to Oxshott Medical Practice. She has been enormously supportive to me especially while going through a difficult time. She has also been very supportive to my daughter. She sits quietly and listens and has always had a sensible, intelligent and caring approach to any medical issues.

Dr Abbas is everything you could ever wish for in a GP. She sees you for ‘you’ and goes above and beyond to listen, find solutions, write referrals and follow up. She doesn’t just prescribe and dismiss which has been my experience so often. She sees her patients as knowledgeable and trusts their judgement - a rare find. She has revolutionised my medical care at Oxshott Medical practice and I hope they bslue her as much as her patients do,

A truly incredible doctor. I was experiencing a crisis and felt vulnerable and she was amazing! Kind, supportive, listened to my views, made me feel part of the decision-making process. What an amazing person!! Anyone is truly lucky to be under her care.

I have read one review of this doctor and I fully concur with its findings. With DR Abbas one feels that there is a doctor who listens and cares and who is determined to find the very best solution to whatever problem is faced. As a previous reviewer has put it, she is the breath of fresh such as our practice (and indeed the whole National Health system ) needs and I can’t recommend her too highly.

I have seen Dr Abbas a few times in recent weeks since she joined our surgery and she is a breath of fresh air which was much needed at our practice. She sees the whole person and is patient, insightful and so clued up on the menopause. I actually feel I am now seeing a GP who is trying to find solutions rather someone who is commissioned by pharmaceutical companies to dish out endless prescriptions. Thank you Dr Abbas!
