Dr Gralton listened to me and understood exactly what I had gone through. Until then my son's condition (aspergers) was something that was my burden alone. Even I did not fully understand it. He has been very supportive. It was evident to me from the start that he actually cared about my son and wanted to improve his quality of life and give him opportunities. I needed support as did my son and through a court case and some distressing times we both felt that Dr Gralton was there for us both. I would highly recommend Dr Gralton and St Andrews for great care and facilities and for being a beacon of hope.
