I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gralton in 2001 when my son was admitted to hospital. He took great care in explaining everything to us and was extremely supportive not only to my son but to us as a family. Dr Gralton is an expert in his field and always makes time to answer questions, offer professional advice and instil confidence in you. He never made me feel inferior or without knowledge, which clearly I was because this was a completely new, emotional and daunting experience for our family. Since my sons discharge Dr Gralton has continued to support and advise me when I have required his help. I have every confidence in Dr Gralton and value the service he has given to my son, which had a positive impact on illness, helping him to reach his potential. I am also very grateful for the guidance and support he has given me post discharge of my son.
