I have 4 co-morbidities so lots of doctors n surgeons all good to great but this Gentleman was dismissive I was awaiting a telephone consultation but he rang my very old mobile which wasn't charged as every Doctor calls my new iPhone or the safest the Landline When he thought to try a different number everything was OK - however it was patently obvious that he was only after some words to show that he had called me A week later his summation letter arrived to me and my Surgery It started "I eventually managed to get hold of this gentleman" it may seem run of the mill - but as I have less than 6 months to live it's hurtful - I don't want my other Doctors thinking I am difficult when I die The letter was 3 lines long with about 30 words Let's hope that this slip up will mean a change to your manner - we are NHS Patients just like the ones who can afford to pay for your services privately
