I choose St Joseph's in Malpas Newport for a selected Hysterectomy. I was admitted to the St Patrick's ward on 10th August. The hospital takes great care in ensuring cleanliness at all times. I was blown away by the staff that took care of me during my stay they were professional, compassionate, respectful and caring and nothing was a problem for them. Everyone at the hospital was warm and welcoming through my whole experience.
I would highly recommend St Joseph's Hospital in Malpas Newport.

Went to see a gynaecologist and had the most uncomfortable experience ever. After a quick visual only check up gave me a leaflet on how to wash my underwear. After this 10 minute appointment that cost 200£ my symptoms continued to reappear so I am beyond disappointed. Never had anyone dismiss me so easily. I will never come back there.

From admission to discharge all the staff were reassuring and attentive.
Facilities excellent. Also very accommodating to my daughter on discharge time . I was looked after so well durlng this period. (comfortable and fed.) Thank you.

I have recently undergone cataract surgery on both eyes. I am very pleased with the result. Mr Girgis was very informative about the surgery and I felt I could ask him any questions I wanted to. He was reassuring and attentive, and telephoned me a couple of days after each operation to see how I was. I would certainly fully recommend him, the treatment I received was excellent.

I received excellent care at at Joseph's and would highly recommend it. The nursing staff were caring, kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
I wouldn't hesitate to use the hospital again.

Accommodation , care, friendly staff I cannot think of any improvements
